We can normally answer any question you have while we are on the phone with you.

Dental & Vision Plans

We offer PPO dental and vision plans that allow you to go to any dentist, optician, optometrist or ophthamologist, but you will pay the least amount out of your pocket when you go to an in-network PPO dentist or vision provider. Call us so we can email you a quote.

Final Expense Plans

The purpose of a final expense plan is to pay for the following expenses after your death:

  • Burial and memorial services,
  • Any bills that remain after your death (e.g., mortgages, car loans, credit card balances, etc.)
  • Final expense plans are available on a guaranteed basis, regardless of your health. You can apply for $10,000 to $30,000. Contact us for a quote.

First-diagnosis Cancer Plans

Upon your first diagnosis of any type of internal cancer or melanoma, the insurance company will pay you a lump sum of the amount of policy you chose–between $10,000 to $50,000. To be eligible, you cannot have any history of any form of cancer (including pre-cancerous lesions or skin cancer). You are free to use your lump sum benefit for any reason (e.g. income replacement, pay down a loan, take a cruise, etc.).
